The hotel rooms were clean and quiet, although the service was somewhat slow due to understaffing during the long weekend. The back area seemed to be in mid-restoration, which may affect the overall experience. The staff, especially the waitress from Cape Breton, were very nice, friendly, and courteous despite the staff shortage.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the highway, making it easy to find, with a restaurant on site. The rooms were updated and offered a very nice kitchenette with all the necessary amenities, though they could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness. The service, despite a staff shortage, was friendly and accommodating. A suitable stop between Kamloops and Jasper.
